Conical Washers. AMK bulk conical washers (also known as Belleville washers) are produced from medium carbon steel. The conical design acts like a spring, effectively increasing the elastic properties of the joint while retaining the torque setting. It distributes the load evenly across the surface of the mating part. Furthermore, some conical washers perform multiple functions for example conical toothed washers incorporate peripheral teeth to prevent rotation, these are known as “ratchet washers”. Other conical washers feature internal teeth or unusual shapes. Most AMK Products conical washers are produced in USA.

Flat Washers. AMK offers bulk flat washers in a wide range of diameters and thicknesses. Washers with a large outside diameter in relation to the center hole are known as fender washers. AMK washers are manufactured from low carbon steel, hardened medium carbon steel, stainless-steel, copper, nylon, vulcanized fiber, rubber and mastic. All AMK Products flat washers are produced in USA! Our USA made washers have less edge burr and tighter tolerances than imported washers.

A broad range of finishes are offered on our bulk washers. Common finishes are plain (stainless-steel and copper), phosphate & oil, zinc & wax and zinc & yellow.
